楽天ポイントアプリや楽天ペイアプリ、ファミペイアプリなどから、楽天ポイントカードを提示できる。
SPU獲得上限ポイントは500ポイント。一部対象外の店舗があるほか、たばこ、切手、はがき、印紙、収納代行、金券類、マルチコピー機などは対象外となる。
ファミリーマートは、この取り組みで楽天会員との接点を拡大し、新たな来店機会の創出を図るとともに、「リアル店舗ならでは」のお買い物体験の提供で、店舗利用の活性化を目指す。
