韓国 元慰安婦の遺族が賠償求める裁判 日本に賠償命じる判決
韓国の元慰安婦の遺族が、日本政府に損害賠償を求めていた裁判で、韓国の地方裁判所は25日に原告側の訴えを認め、日本政府に賠償を命じる判決を言い渡しました。
日本の外務省によりますと、同様の裁判で日本に賠償を命じる判決が出たのは3件目です。
日本外務省などによりますと、韓国の元慰安婦の遺族は去年、日本政府に対し損害賠償を求める訴えを起こし、韓国中部チョンジュ（清州）の地方裁判所は25日に原告側の訴えを認め、日本政府に賠償を命じる判決を言い渡しました。
日本政府は、主権国家がほかの国の裁判権に服さないとする国際法上の「主権免除」の原則から、訴えは却下されるべきだとして裁判には出席しませんでした。
日本の外務省によりますと、同様の裁判で日本政府に賠償を命じる判決が出たのは、2021年と2023年に次いで3件目です。
岩屋外相「断じて受け入れることはできない」
今回の判決を受け、岩屋外務大臣は談話を発表しました。
この中では「判決は、国際法と日韓両国間の合意に明らかに反するものであり、極めて遺憾で、断じて受け入れることはできない」としています。
そして、韓国に対し「国家としてみずからの責任でただちに国際法違反の状態を是正するために適切な措置を講じることを改めて強く求める」としています。
韓国の駐日大使に強く抗議
また外務省の船越事務次官は、25日に韓国のパク・チョルヒ（朴チョル※煕）駐日大使を呼び「国際法上の主権免除の原則の適用が否定され、原告の訴えを認める判決が出されたことは極めて遺憾であり、断じて受け入れられない」と述べ、強く抗議しました。
