セコム、カスハラ対策サービスにApple Watch 手元で上司に通報・録音
セコムは、カスタマーハラスメント(カスハラ)を受けた際に、従業員が「iPhone」や「Apple Watch」から上司に通報できるアプリを開発した。10月から実証実験を開始し、2026年7月の発売を予定する。

カスハラは社会問題化しており、企業に対応を義務付ける条例の制定が進む一方、被害が発生した際の状況確認の難しさが課題になっている。今回開発されたアプリは、セコムのサービスを契約する企業の従業員が店舗や訪問先などでカスハラ被害にあった際、iPhoneやApple Watchから、あらかじめ登録した上司に通報できるというもの。同時に現場の音声も録音する。上司は従業員の居場所や音声を確認でき、素早い対応が可能になる。音声データはクラウド上で保管され、事後の状況確認も簡単になる。
また、従業員からの通報時に上司が対応できない場合は、セコムにサポートを依頼することも可能。セコムのオペレーターが従業員の状況や位置情報を確認し、必要に応じて緊急対処員への駆け付け指示や警察への通報を行なう。
このほか、従業員が日々の体調やコンディションを「良い」「普通」「悪い」などのアイコンから選択し、上司と共有できる機能も搭載。出社機会の限られる営業職などの状況を上司が日常的に把握できるようにして、不調ぎみの従業員にケアを促すといった、健康に勤務できる環境づくりをサポートしていく。
