登戸駅前に38階建て・高さ140mの商・住一体複合施設

東急不動産、小田急不動産らは、登戸駅前で推進している再開発事業について、11月14日に川崎市から市街地再開発組合の設立認可を受けたと発表した。規模は地上38階・地下2階、高さ約140mで、住宅、店舗、子育て支援機能を備える。2025年度に権利変換計画認可、着工、2029年度に竣工予定。

登戸駅前地区市街地再開発準備組合、東急不動産、小田急不動産、東急が準備組合の地権者とともに進めている「登戸駅前地区第一種市街地再開発事業」。川崎市が施行している「川崎都市計画事業登戸土地区画整理事業」区域内の90街区の一部において、約0.6haの区域を一体的に整備する。

建物の低層部に商業機能、高層部に都市型住宅を整備。そのほか、回遊性向上を図る歩行者デッキ、多世代の多様な利用ニーズに対応する屋上テラス・立体広場、防災広場や一時滞在施設・一時滞在スペース等の整備を行なう。敷地面積は約5,950m2、延床面積は約63,500m2。
