撮影した女性によりますと、走行できなくなった車から自力で脱出した人たちが、女性の自宅で休んでいるということです。

女性は「このあたりは土地が低く、過去にも何度か冠水したことがあり、心配です」と話していました。

撮影した男性によりますと電車に乗ろうとしたところ、雨の影響で電車が動かないとアナウンスがあり、バスで帰宅しようとしているということです。

男性は、「バス停に向かっているが、途中の道も冠水している。こんな状態は初めてで驚いている」と話していました。
