「サイバーセキュリティに関する総務大臣奨励賞」受賞者決定、大阪大学 猪俣敦夫氏ら 2 個人 2 団体
総務省は4月5日、2024年の「サイバーセキュリティに関する総務大臣奨励賞」の受賞者を公表した。
同省では2017年から、サイバーセキュリティ対応の現場で優れた功績を挙げ、今後も更なる活躍が期待される個人や団体（チーム）を自薦または他薦により募集し、その中から実績等を踏まえ「サイバーセキュリティに関する総務大臣奨励賞」として表彰している。
同省では、有識者である選考委員による選考委員会を開催し、その結果を踏まえ、以下の2個人・2団体に本奨励賞の授与を決定している。
個人
・猪俣敦夫氏（大阪大学 教授、CISO）
大学教員として広く情報通信・情報セキュリティ分野の教育・研究に従事するかたわら、国立研究開発法人情報通信研究機構（NICT）が行う人材育成事業（CYDER、SecHack365）の実行委員を務めるなどセキュリティ人材育成に精力的に取り組み、テレワークや無線LAN利用時のセキュリティ対策を始めとするセキュリティ知識の啓発活動に尽力するなど、サイバーセキュリティの向上に貢献
・渡辺文恵氏（株式会社ディー・エヌ・エー IT本部 セキュリティ部 DeNA CERT Security Coordinator他）
日本シーサート協議会において地区活動タスクフォースを開始し、各地方における精力的なワークショップ開催を通じて、各地方のセキュリティコミュニティ形成を促進することで、サイバーセキュリティの向上に貢献

・長崎県立松浦高等学校（舟越裕 校長）
長崎県警察が取り組む「サイバーセキュリティボランティア事業」に参加し、同校生徒が地域の小・中学校の児童に対するセキュリティ講話を行うことで、地域におけるサイバーセキュリティ教育に貢献
