「セコム安否確認サービス」とクラウド人事労務ソフト「SmartHR」がサービス連携
セコムトラストシステムズ株式会社は7月15日、「セコム安否確認サービス」を含む複数のサービスと株式会社SmartHRのクラウド人事労務ソフト「SmartHR」が、同日からサービス連携を開始すると発表した。
セコムトラストシステムズが2004年9月に提供を開始した「セコム安否確認サービス」は、2025年3月末時点で9,300社850万人が利用する危機管理サービス。
SmartHRが提供する「SmartHR」は、採用情報の管理から雇用契約や入社手続き、勤怠・給与計算などの多様な労務手続きをペーパーレス化し、データとして蓄積するクラウド人事労務ソフト。「SmartHR」に溜まった従業員データを活用した「人事評価」「従業員サーベイ」「配置シミュレーション」「スキル管理」などのタレントマネジメント機能で最適な人員配置や人材育成を後押しし、データに基づく人的資本経営を支援する。
災害時の安否確認・被災状況の把握を通じて事業継続を支援する「セコム安否確認サービス」では、外部サービスとの連携を拡大しており、社員情報の自動更新などの効率化を通じて、より安定した危機管理体制の構築を支援している。
「セコム安否確認サービス」と「SmartHR」でAPI連携を行うことで、「SmartHR」に登録された社員情報を「セコム安否確認サービス」に自動的に反映することが可能となり、連携を行うことで情報の整合性が保たれ、二重管理が不要となり、業務効率向上につながる。
