国立新美術館の「ブルガリ カレイドス」展が開催中だ。約10年ぶりの大規模展覧会を記念し、「ブルガリ ホテル 東京」で開催中のスペシャル展示もチェック。

9月17日から、ブルガリの展覧会「ブルガリ カレイドス 色彩・文化・技巧」が国立新美術館で開催中だ。本展覧会を記念し、「ブルガリ ホテル 東京」では11月末まで特別企画を展開する。
目玉となるのは、現代アーティスト中山晃子による映像インスタレーションだ。ホテル内の4基のエレベーターが「地と空の間に浮いた小さな美術館」となり、天井に「Timepiece」「Pulsation of the Stars」「Spaceship」「Breaking the Night Sky」の4作品を上映する。絵筆で空に時を描く天井画や、泡の宇宙船が銀河を進む幻想的な映像など、多彩な空の景色を体験できる。
40階のギャラリーエリアには、展覧会テーマに合わせたヘリテージコレクションを展示。ブルガリの歴史と色彩表現の進化を物語る貴重な作品を間近で鑑賞できる。
さらに、メートルショコラティエのジャンルカ・フストが手がけた限定チョコレート「ブルガリ イル・チョコラート」も登場。サフラン＆アーモンドなど5つのフレーバーで、展覧会の鮮やかな色彩から着想を得た、まるで宝石のようなピースに注目したい。
