1月の実質賃金 前年同月比1.4％増 13か月ぶりのプラス

ことし1月の働く人1人当たりの現金給与の総額は、基本給などの増加で前の年の同じ月と比べて3.0％増加しました。その伸びが物価の上昇率を上回ったことで、実質賃金は1.4％増え、おととし12月以来、13か月ぶりのプラスとなりました。

厚生労働省は全国の従業員5人以上の事業所3万余りを対象に「毎月勤労統計調査」を行っていて、ことし1月分の速報値を公表しました。

それによりますと、働く人の基本給や残業代などをあわせた現金給与の総額は、1人当たりの平均で30万1314円と、前の年の同じ月に比べて3.0％増え、49か月連続のプラスでした。

このうち、基本給などにあたる所定内給与は、26万9198円と3.0％の増加で、33年3か月ぶりの高い伸びとなりました。

現金給与の総額の伸びが物価の上昇率を上回ったことで、物価の変動分を反映した実質賃金は、前の年の同じ月に比べて1.4％増え、おととし12月以来、13か月ぶりにプラスに転じました。

厚生労働省は「所定内給与は堅調に増加していて、物価の上昇が落ち着いてきたことから実質賃金がプラスに転じたとみられる。今後、春闘で各企業の回答が出るが、賃金の伸びとともに実質賃金がプラスの状態が続くか、動向を注視したい」とコメントしています。
