憧れがついに叶った！カルディの『楽ちんチューブ』でぬか漬けが簡単に作れます！《購入レビュー》

豊富な種類のコーヒーや、海外から輸入した食品などを販売する、KALDI COFFEE FARM（カルディコーヒーファーム）。

今回購入したのは「熟成ぬか漬けの素 170g」です。価格は360円（以下、すべて税込）。

以前からぬか漬け作りに挑戦したいと考えていたものの、ぬか床を管理する自信がなく、手を出せずにいた筆者。 公式サイトでこちらを見つけて「なんて画期的なんだろう！」と思い、購入を決意しました。

チューブを絞ると、白味噌のようなぬかが出てきます。 内容量は170g。パッケージによると、キュウリを7本ほど漬けられるぬかが入っているのだそうです。

使い方はとっても簡単。ぬか漬けにしたい食材に塗り込んで、ラップを巻いたら8～32時間待つだけです。

今回漬けたのは、キュウリ、ピーマン、アボカド、ゆで卵、ベビーチーズ。 ベビーチーズは一晩、他の食材は24時間ほど漬けておきました。 ムラなくぬかを塗るのは難しかったですが、時間が経つと食材から水分が出て、キレイになじんでいましたよ。 ぬかを水で洗い流し、水気を拭きとったら完成です！

まずはキュウリを食べてみると、お店で買ったぬか漬けみたいで驚きました。 ぬかの風味と塩気がしっかりついていて、ご飯に合うおいしさです！ ほんの少しだけピリッとした辛さもあり、キュウリのみずみずしさが際立ちます。

筆者は、ピーマンのぬか漬けを初めて食べたのですが、ハマってしまいそうなほど絶品でした！ ぬかのほのかな酸味が、ピーマンのほろ苦さと絶妙にマッチ。 おつまみとして食べるのも良さそうです。

アボカドは濃厚さと塩気が相まって、どこか生ハムを思わせるような味わいに。 このままでもおいしいですが、チーズやサラダと合わせて食べるのもいいと思います。 野菜はどれもちゃんと漬かっていて、大満足の仕上がりです！

ゆで卵は「ほんのりぬかの香りがするかな？」と感じるくらいの、マイルドな味。 コンビニで売ってるゆで卵のような、程よい塩気とまろやかさで食べやすいです。

チーズはもともとの香りが強いからか、あまり変化がありませんでした。 32時間漬けてみても変わらなかったので、食材によって仕上がりに差が出るのかも。 チーズは上手く漬かりませんでしたが、いろいろ試しながら、好みの漬かり具合や食材を発見するのは楽しかったです！

SNSには「米が進む進む」「手間暇カットでちゃんとぬか漬けできる」「一人暮らしの方にもいいと思う」といった声が投稿されていました。

料理研究家のリュウジさんがYouTubeで紹介していたこともあり、一時は品薄状態になっていたのだとか。 とても気に入ったので、見つけたときに1本ストックを買っておこうと思います！

価格は2食入りで490円。コチュジャンを使用した辛みのあるスープに、モチモチの麺を合わせた温かいメニューです。 麺を2分茹でる間に、スープを270mlの熱湯で割り、よくかき混ぜておきます。 後は、茹で上がった麺をスープに入れるだけ。 パッケージの裏には、ニラやもやしを合わせるのがオススメと書かれていましたよ。

麺をひと口すすった瞬間、白玉のような食感のトリコになりました！ 表面がつるりとしていて、スルスルっと口に入ってくるんです。 モチモチと弾力があり、嚙めば嚙むほどじんわり甘みが感じられておいしい！ スープは辛いけれどそれ以上に深みと旨みがあって、クセになるおいしさですよ。 味 ★★★★★ コスパ ★★★★★ リピート ★★★★★
