エターナルホスピタリティジャパンは、全国の「焼鳥屋 鳥貴族」で10月1日9時から販売価格を改定する。フード・ドリンクとテイクアウトは390円から410円に、「トリキ晩餐会」は3,900円から4,100円に引き上げる。
同社は2016年から、フードメニューで使用するすべての食材を国産化している。一方、国産の鶏肉や野菜をはじめとする原材料費のほか、人件費やエネルギーコストなど店舗運営にかかる費用が上昇しているという。
これまで店舗オペレーションの改善や仕入れの見直し、フードロスの削減などによるコスト削減を進めてきたが、商品・サービスの提供を維持するため価格改定を決めた。
