メルカリ、出品時に商品写真の背景をぼかせる機能

メルカリは、出品画面のカメラで撮影した商品写真の背景を、ワンタップでぼかせる「背景ぼかし機能」を追加した。アプリを最新版にアップデートすることで利用可能。 AIが商品の輪郭を認識し、出品時に撮影した商品写真の背景をぼかせる機能。カメラの右にあるぼかしマークをタップすることで適用され、撮影すると背景ぼかしが完了する。背景ぼかしを一度オンにすると設定は次回の出品にも引き継がれ、撮影画面でオン/オフを切り替えられる。 Web版メルカリではアルバムや端末ライブラリからアップロードした写真に適用され、アプリ(iOS・Android)は順次対応予定。ぼかしの濃さを調節できる機能や出品済みの商品画像への適用は非対応だが、今後検討するとしている。 なお、コントラストや光の当たり方によっては、AIが境界を正確に認識できない場合がある。
