セイコー アストロンのNexterシリーズに、セイコー創業145周年を記念した限定モデル1種とレギュラーモデル3種が登場。
セイコー創業145周年を記念した限定モデルは、ホワイトシルバーのダイヤルにブルーのサブダイヤルが彩りを添える、美しいコントラストが特徴。「セイコー・ブルー」に着想を得たカラーリングは、腕元に洗練された印象をもたらす。 新しいムーブメント「キャリバー5X63」は、3時・6時・9時位置にサブダイヤルを配置。従来は12時間制だったデュアルタイム表示と積算計が、24時間制となった。ダイヤルでは、三角形で構成された幾何学模様が緻密な輝きを放つ。煌めくダイヤルパターンを背景に、シンメトリーにレイアウトされたサブダイヤルが、堂々とした安定感のある佇まいを見せている。 ケース造形は、現行モデルの直線で構成された立体的で力強いデザインコードを継承。エッジの効いた多角形状のチタン製ベゼルは、アストロン初となる2つのチタンパーツを組み合わせた二体構造を採用した。この構造により、腕なじみの良い低重心設計による快適な装着性を確保。稜線が鋭く輝き、金属の質感を強調させるダイナミックなデザインを実現した。 本作には、新たに開発した独自機構「スマートスイッチ®」を装備。簡単なボタン操作で気分やシーンに合わせて他のストラップへの交換が可能となる。限定モデルには、ダイヤルデザインに合わせたブルー×ホワイトのコンビネーションカラーを採用した特別なシリコンストラップが付属し、クリーンで軽快なスタイリングを演出する。 限定モデルに加えて、知的で上品な印象のブルーグレー、精悍でクールなブラックを採用したブレスレットモデル、そしてブラックに金色の差し色をあしらい、腕元を軽快かつ華やかに演出するシリコンストラップモデルの3種類のレギュラーモデルも登場している。
