10月の主な野菜の価格 1割から3割以上高い見通し 夏場の高温で
農林水産省は、10月の主な野菜の価格見通しを公表しました。夏場の高温の影響で、トマトやたまねぎが平年より3割以上高くなるほか、だいこんやはくさいなども1割から3割ほど高くなる見通しだとしています。
農林水産省は、東京都中央卸売市場に出荷される主な野菜15品目について、10月の卸売価格の見通しを公表しました。
このうち、トマトとたまねぎは1か月を通じて過去5年の平均より3割以上、高い見通しとなっています。
いずれも夏場の高温により、主な産地の出荷量が減少していることが要因です。
トマトは、実が育たなかったり割れたりする被害が出ているほか、たまねぎは小ぶりなものが多く、春先まで供給を続けられるよう出荷量を調整しているため、高値につながっているということです。
