家賃の値上げめぐるトラブル相次ぐ 弁護士らが無料の電話相談
物価の高騰が続く中、都市部を中心に家賃の値上げをめぐるトラブルが相次いでいることから、都内で弁護士らが無料の電話相談を行っています。
この取り組みは、賃貸物件に住む人からの法律相談などに取り組む団体の弁護士らが行い、電話による相談を受け付けています。
このなかで「借地代をいきなり2倍に引き上げると言われ、どうすればよいか」とか「値上げを拒否したら、賃貸契約を解除されるのか」などといった相談が寄せられました。
これに対し弁護士は「貸主に値上げ幅の根拠などを聞いて、話し合ってほしい」などとアドバイスしていました。
団体によりますと不動産価格の高騰に伴って首都圏などの都市部を中心に賃貸物件の家賃や借地代が値上げされるケースが相次いでいて、中には3倍の引き上げを求められるなど、大幅な値上げを通告される事例もあるということです。
「東京借地借家人組合連合会」の種田和敏弁護士は「物価高の中で、大家側も値上げを言いやすい状況があると思う。借りている側は、大家の言う金額を受け入れる場合が多いが家賃の値上げはあくまでも合意が必要で、断ることもできる。専門家に相談することもすすめたい」と話していました。
電話相談は、31日は午後2時まで03-6709-1575で受け付け、9月1日以降は平日にかぎり午前10時から午後5時まで03-3982-7277で相談に応じるということです。
