旧統一教会 解散命令不服で特別抗告 清算手続きは継続
旧統一教会は、高額献金や霊感商法の問題をめぐり、東京高等裁判所に解散を命じられたことを不服として、9日、最高裁判所に特別抗告しました。特別抗告をしても解散命令の効力は失われず、判断が覆らないかぎり清算手続きは継続します。
旧統一教会＝世界平和統一家庭連合の高額献金や霊感商法などをめぐる問題で、東京高等裁判所は今月4日、「多くの人に極めて多額の財産上の損害や精神的な苦痛が発生し、結果は重大だ。教団が実効性のある対策を自発的にとることは期待しがたい」として、解散を命じる決定をしました。
法律の規定により、高裁の決定で直ちに解散命令の効力が生じ、教団の清算手続きが始まっています。
この決定について、教団側は「事実と証拠に裏付けられずに、証拠裁判主義に反して下された“結論ありき”の不当な判断だ」と批判していて、9日、最高裁判所に特別抗告しました。
