富山県 ふるさと納税返礼品のコメ“確保できず発送困難に”
富山県は県のふるさと納税の返礼品のブランド米「富富富」について、必要な量を確保できなくなったため、申し込みをしていた人の半数余りに発送できなくなったと発表しました。
発送できなくなったのは、富山県のふるさと納税の返礼品「富山の新しいお米『富富富』5kg全6回」で、仲介サイトを通じて去年12月下旬からことし1月末までに申し込みがあった898件です。
これは申し込み全体の半数余りにあたり、全国的にコメの品薄が続く中で去年12月下旬から申し込みが急増したため、委託業者が必要な量を確保できなくなったということです。
県はふるさと納税をした人にメールや電話でおわびするとともに、ことし秋に収穫されるコメを10月以降に送るか、返礼品を変更してもらうかを提案しています。
委託業者には、返礼品の在庫管理の徹底を求めたということです。
富山県税務課は「寄付してくれた方には希望どおりに返礼品を届けられず、迷惑をおかけして誠に申し訳ありません。今回の事案を踏まえて、再発防止に努めていきます」とコメントしています。
