LINE WORKS AiNote、話者30人を自動識別する新機能

LINE WORKSは、AI議事録作成ツール「LINE WORKS AiNote」において、最大30名の発話者を識別して会議記録に自動反映する「自動話者認識」機能を追加した。 従来から提供されている「話者分離」機能に、話者識別技術を組み込んで実現した機能。これにより、「誰が」「いつ」「何を」話したかが明確な会議記録を迅速に作成可能となり、議事録作成の工数削減・効率化に加え、「言った・言わない」といった認識齟齬の防止にも寄与する。 モバイル版での利用方法は、ノートから対象の発言の区間の参加者を長押しし、[参加者を変更]メニューを選択。アドレス帳から参加者(発言者)を検索し、指定することで、次回以降、指定したメンバーをAIが識別し、参加者名に自動で適用する。対象プランはチーム/ビジネス/エンタープライズ。 「AI要約」機能もアップデートし、会議内容の要約とあわせて、会議内で示されたToDo事項を整理する「次のステップ」を表示する。これにより議事録を読み返すことなく会議後に必要な悪性を把握しやすくなる。対象プランはソロ/チーム/ビジネス/エンタープライズ。 また、自社システムや外部サービスから「LINE WORKS AiNote」に記録されたデータの取得・操作が可能となる外部連携用APIの提供も開始した。対象プランはエンタープライズ。
