静岡 伊東市長 新市長に学歴証明書など市に提出の新要領制定へ
学歴詐称の疑いが指摘されている静岡県伊東市の田久保真紀市長は、29日、今後、新たに就任する市長は学歴証明書などを市に提出するなどとした新たな要領を制定すると発表しました。卒業証書は提出を求める資料に含まれないということです。
これは伊東市の田久保市長が29日に開かれた定例会見で発表しました。
それによりますと、今後、新たに就任した市長は、原則として就任日から21日以内に
▽最終学歴の学歴証明書や
▽職歴証明書
▽履歴書などを市の秘書広報課に提出するとした、新たな要領を制定するということです。
必要な個人情報や経歴の情報を市が正確に取得するのが目的だとしています。
あわせて公表用の経歴書も提出させ、市のホームページに掲載するほか、広報誌に掲載する基礎資料として利用するということです。
要領の施行日は10月1日で、罰則は設けていません。
市長が提出することになる学歴証明書は卒業証書とは異なり、新たな要領で提出を求める資料に卒業証書は含まれないということです。
要領は在任中の市長も対象としていて、田久保市長自身は高校卒業を証明する書類などを提出するということです。
学歴詐称の疑いをめぐっては、田久保市長が市議会の百条委員会に対して卒業証書とされる書類の提出を拒否し「ことし6月に初めて除籍の事実を知り、大学を卒業したと勘違いしていた」などと証言したことについて、市議会が地方自治法違反の疑いで刑事告発しています。
田久保市長は市議会で不信任の議決を受けたあと市議会を解散し、10月19日に市議会議員選挙の投票が行われることになっています。
