コメントを見て、新作の味が気になった筆者は、ウキウキした気分で、発売初日に早速テイクアウトをしました。 包み紙から出してご対面すると、パティがソースで照り照りになっていて、見るからにおいしそう！
てりやきの甘辛い風味には安定のパンチ力があって、「これこれ！」と脳が喜ぶ味わいです。 パティやベーコンのお肉の旨み、たまごのまろやかさも加わり、口の中が幸せ！
タルタルソースに関して公式リリースによると、「細かく刻んだ瀬戸内産レモンとレモン果汁も加え、具材感とジューシーさ、爽やかさをさらにアップさせた」とのこと。 確かに、「前のてりたまよりもレモン感が強くなった？」と感じました。 タルタルソースにレモンの爽やかな酸味が合わさって、コクがありつつも後味は驚くほどすっきりしています。
てりたまのバンズはゴマ付き。ふんわりした生地にゴマの香ばしさが合わさって、個人的にはベーシックなバンズよりも好みでした。
パティのムギュッとした食感に、ベーコンの弾力が合わさり、肉肉しさたっぷりです。 たまごはプリッとしていて、厚みがありますよ。 レタスやタルタルソースの玉ねぎがシャキシャキしていて、噛むたびに小気味よい音を立てます。 刻んだレモンの具材感はあまりなかったですが、ひと口の満足感はすごいです。
