LINE公式アカウントのバッジ刷新　“緑色”1種類に統合

LINEヤフーは、分かりやすくする目的で、「LINE公式アカウント」の認証バッジのデザインをリニューアルした。併せて、アカウント種別の統合も実施している。 今回のアップデートにより、日本国内のすべての認証されたアカウントのバッジは、緑色のチェックマークバッジに一本化される。 これまでの「LINE公式アカウント」は、グリーンの「プレミアムアカウント」、ネイビーの「認証済アカウント」、グレーの「未認証アカウント」と、3種類に分けて表示されていた。しかし、複数種類が存在していることや、星をデザインした盾マークは「ユーザーに伝わりづらかった」としているほか、未認証アカウントのグレーのバッジを認証済みと誤認するケースもあったという。 こうしたことから、未認証アカウントにバッジを付ける運用や、プレミアムアカウントの表現を廃止。4月1日以降は、未認証アカウントにバッジは付かず、認証済みアカウントはすべて、盾にチェックマークがデザインされた緑色のバッジに一本化される。 また、トークルーム右上のメニューボタンから遷移するトークメニュー内に、LINE公式アカウントの「LINE ID」が表示されるようになった。LINE公式アカウントの場合のみ「@」が先頭につき、見分けられる。未認証アカウントの場合は、トークルーム上部(アカウント名の下)に、応答状況が必ず表示されるようになった。 全てのLINEの着せかえにおいて、「LINE公式アカウント」と個人アカウントのヘッダーカラーに差をつける対応が実施される。 このほか、認証プロバイダーのバッジは廃止される。これは、新バッジのデザインに類似しており混乱を避けるため。今後、プロバイダーの認証情報は「テキスト表記」になる。
