日本製鉄のUSスチール買収計画 トランプ大統領が大統領令
日本製鉄によるUSスチールの買収計画をめぐってアメリカのトランプ大統領は13日、大統領令を出しました。
大統領令では国家安全保障上の脅威は一定の条件を満たせば十分に軽減できるとしたうえで、日本製鉄によるUSスチールの買収を禁止したバイデン前政権の大統領令を修正するとしています。
そのうえで「アメリカの財務省などと国家安全保障協定を締結し、締結したあとも協定を順守し続ける場合をのぞき買収計画を禁止する」として、買収計画の承認にあたっては国家安全保障協定の締結が必要になるとの判断を示した形です。
一方、大統領は国家安全保障上必要であれば両社にさらなる命令を出す権限を持つとしています。
