その後、午前7時半ごろに撮影された映像では、アンダーパスの入り口に「立ち入り禁止」と書かれた規制線が張られ、アンダーパスから道路や歩道に水があふれている様子が確認できます。

撮影した50代の男性は「車を高台に避難させ家に戻ろうとしましたが道路が冠水していて歩けない状況です。高台の駐車場はいっぱいになっていて駐車できない車もありました」と話していました。
