KDDI、auサポートにAI活用のデジタルヒューマン「ナギサ」
KDDIは、「お客さまセンター」の問い合わせ窓口に、生成AIとデジタルヒューマンを組み合わせたオンラインサポート「auサポート AIアドバイザー『ナギサ』」を3月10日から導入する。

AIアドバイザー「ナギサ」は、生成AIを活用してユーザーからの問い合わせ意図を解釈し、音声、テキスト、画像を組み合わせた回答を提示するサービス。電話とチャットの特徴を融合したのが特徴で、正確性や高い対話能力もポイント。気軽に利用でき、ユーザー自身のペースで内容を確認できるとしている。
サービスは、一部の問い合わせ項目(スマートフォンからのPontaポイントに関連する問い合わせ)や日常会話から対応を開始。今後、段階的に対象項目を拡大し、2025年度内を目途に、auサービスに関わるすべての問い合わせ項目で導入を目指す。
なお、3月3日から3月6日までの間、スペインで開催されるモバイル関連展示会「MWC Barcelona 2025」において「ナギサ」が展示される。
