集団感染疑いのクルーズ船乗客と接触の客室乗務員 感染疑い
「ハンタウイルス」の集団感染が疑われているクルーズ船をめぐり、死亡した女性と接触した旅客機の客室乗務員が感染の疑いがあるとして検査を受けていることがわかりました。感染が確認されれば、クルーズ船の乗客乗員以外では初めてとなります。
オランダの保健当局などによりますと、検査を受けているのは、4月25日に南アフリカの最大都市ヨハネスブルクからオランダの首都アムステルダムに向かう旅客機に搭乗していたKLMオランダ航空の客室乗務員です。
この旅客機には、ハンタウイルスの集団感染が疑われているクルーズ船に乗っていたオランダ国籍の女性がいったん搭乗しましたが、女性の健康状態から、航空会社の判断で女性は離陸前に旅客機を降りました。
客室乗務員はこの時に女性と接触していたということで、現在、症状があるため、オランダの病院で隔離され、検査を受けているということです。
KLMオランダ航空は、当局と協力し、同じ便に乗っていた乗客への情報提供を進めているとしています。
