ビアードパパの「新食感シュークリーム」が本当においしい！好きなもの尽くしで幸せになれるんです《実食レビュー》
クッキーシューやパイシューなどのメニューを取り揃えているシュークリーム専門店、ビアードパパ。

素材や製法にこだわって、お店で手作りされたシュークリームが看板商品です。
今回購入したのは「月見シュー」。価格は280円（以下、すべて税込）です。
平たいクッキーシューに、カスタードを月のように丸く絞り、その周りをおもちで囲んだ一品です。
カスタードはブリュレのように焼き目が付いていておいしそう。
おもちは求肥のように薄く、とろんとしたビジュアルです。
シューにかぶりついてみると、生地はザクッとした硬めの歯ごたえ。
生地はクッキーのようにカリッと焼かれ、ザックザクです。
そこに、餅とカスタードのもっちりとろーり食感が加わることで、あまり食べたことのない、不思議な食感に仕上がっていました。
おもちは求肥のように砂糖が加えられているようで、しっかり甘みがあります。
弾力があるというよりも、もっちりとろけるような食感が特徴。
なめらかな舌触りのカスタードを、柔らかくてまろやかなおもちが包み込みます。
甘いおもちとコク深いカスタードは、予想以上に相性ぴったり！とろとろに混ざり合い、飲めそうなほどおいしいです。
カスタードは卵のコクとバニラの風味たっぷり。シュー生地よりも多い割合で入っていたので、満足度が高めでした。
クッキーシューの大部分はクッキー生地ですが、内側は層になったシュー生地で出来ています。
ほんのり塩気があって、しっとり柔らかいシュー生地と、甘めでザクザクとしたクッキー生地のコントラストもたのしい。
こんがり焼かれた底の方はざっくり感が特に強くて、香ばしさをふんだんに味わえました。
おもち・カスタード・クッキーシューの組み合わせが、独特ながらもうまくマッチしていて絶品です。
SNSでは「今まで食べた中で一番好きかも」「お餅とカスタードがマッチして本当に美味しい！開発してくれた方ありがとう！！！！」「今までの限定メニューの中でトップレベルに美味かった」「大好きなもの尽くしでめちゃうま！リピする！」といった投稿が見られました。
「期間限定と言わずにずっと売っててほしい…！」と思うほどおいしかったです。
ボリュームがあるわけではありませんが、濃厚なカスタードクリームで幸福感たっぷり。ちょっとしたおやつにぴったりですよ。
