韓国 旧統一教会トップ 特別検察官の事情聴取を受けるため出頭
韓国の旧統一教会のトップ、ハン・ハクチャ（韓鶴子）総裁が17日、特別検察官の事情聴取を受けるため出頭しました。特別検察官はユン・ソンニョル（尹錫悦）前大統領の夫人が教団側から高級バッグを受け取ったとされる事件などの捜査を進めていて、ハン総裁が関与したかどうかが焦点となっています。
旧統一教会＝世界平和統一家庭連合のトップ、ハン・ハクチャ総裁は17日午前、政府から独立して捜査を行う韓国の特別検察官から事情聴取を受けるため出頭しました。
ハン総裁側はこれまで3回にわたって出頭を求められていましたが、健康上の理由などで応じてきませんでした。
ハン総裁はソウル中心部にある特別検察官の事務所に到着した際、報道陣から17日に出頭した理由を問われ、「私が病気だったからだ」などと述べました。
特別検察官は、あっせん収賄などの罪で先月起訴されたユン・ソンニョル前大統領のキム・ゴニ（金建希）夫人が教団の元幹部から知人を通じて高級ブランドのバッグを受け取ったとされる事件や、同じ元幹部がユン政権の当時の与党で院内代表を務めた大物議員に日本円にして1000万円余りを違法に渡したとされる事件の捜査を進めています。
いずれの事件も教団トップのハン総裁が関与したかどうかが焦点となっています。
ハン総裁はこれまでに声明で「政治的な依頼や金銭の取り引きを指示したことはない」として関与を否定しています。
