保護司殺害事件 36歳被告に求刑どおり無期懲役の判決 大津地裁
保護観察中に担当の保護司の男性を刃物で殺害したとして、殺人などの罪に問われた36歳の被告に対し、大津地方裁判所は求刑どおり無期懲役を言い渡しました。
大津市の無職、飯塚紘平被告（36）は保護観察中だったおととし5月、大津市の住宅で担当の保護司だった新庄博志さん（当時60）を、面接中にナイフとおので複数回刺すなどして殺害したとして、殺人や公務執行妨害などの罪に問われました。
裁判では、被告の責任能力と刑の重さが主な争点となり、検察は、「責任能力を疑わせる事実はなく、理不尽で身勝手極まりない」として無期懲役を求刑しました。
一方、弁護側は、「責任能力がなかったか、低下していた」として有期刑が適切だなどと主張しました。
2日の判決で大津地方裁判所の谷口真紀裁判長は被告に求刑どおり無期懲役を言い渡しました。
