LINE client for iOS にサーバ証明書の検証不備の脆弱性
独立行政法人情報処理推進機構（IPA）および一般社団法人JPCERT コーディネーションセンター（JPCERT/CC）は4月19日、LINE client for iOSにおけるサーバ証明書の検証不備の脆弱性について「Japan Vulnerability Notes（JVN）」で発表した。影響を受けるシステムは以下の通り。
LINE Client for iOS、13.12.0 およびそれ以降、13.16.0 より前のバージョン
LINEヤフー株式会社が提供するLINE client for iOSに組み込まれている「金融系モジュール」には、ログ情報の送信処理においてサーバ証明書の検証不備の脆弱性が存在し、中間者攻撃（man-in-the-middle attack）で通信データが盗聴される可能性がある。
JVNでは、開発者の提供する情報をもとに最新版にアップデートするよう呼びかけている。なおLINEヤフーは、本脆弱性を修正したバージョン13.16.0をリリースしている。
