ルミネ史上最大「NEWoMan高輪」開業 東京駅から無料バス
ルミネは12日、同社最大規模となる商業施設「NEWoMan(ニュウマン)高輪」を開業した。「South・North」エリアに154店舗、「LUFTBAUM」エリアに11店舗の計165店舗を常設する。また、期間限定SPECIAL POP-UPショップも12店舗展開する。

所在地は、高輪ゲートウェイ駅に直結した「THE LINKPILLAR 1」のSOUTHおよびNORTHで、South・Northエリアは1～5階に、LUFTBAUMエリアは28～29階に位置する。South・Northエリアの営業時間は通常11時～20時、LUFTBAUMエリアの開放時間は8時～24時。なお、2026年春には「THE LINKPILLAR 2」の2～3階に「MIMURE」エリアを開業し、新たに約20店舗を展開する。
NEWoMan高輪周辺では、交通アクセスの強化も進められている。ジェイアールバス関東は同日に、東京駅と竹芝地区や東京タワーを結ぶ無料循環バス「JR竹芝水素シャトルバス」のダイヤを改正し、高輪ゲートウェイ駅(THE LINKPILLAR1 1階交通広場 3番バス停)への全便乗り入れを開始。1日の運行本数も見直された。
