ローソンチケット、セキュリティ強化 ～ 国際標準に準拠しないメールアドレスは手続きが完了しない場合も
株式会社ローソンエンタテインメントは4月7日、クレジットカードを取り巻く不正利用リスクの高まりを受け、顧客の決済情報の安全性向上を目的として、ローソンチケットのシステムのセキュリティを強化したと発表した。
本変更に伴い、同社では2026年3月31日以降にメールアドレスの国際的な標準仕様（RFC：Request for Comments）に準拠しない形式のメールアドレスを登録している場合、抽選申込みや先着申込み時の決済手続きが完了しない場合があることを確認している。
対象となるメールアドレスの例は下記の通り。
・メールアドレスの先頭に半角ドット「.」がある （例：.abc@●●●●.com）
・@マークの直前に半角ドット「.」がある （例：abc.@●●●●.com）
・半角ドット「.」を連続して使用している （例：a..bc@●●●●.com）
同社では、再決済手続きが完了しなかった場合、登録中のメールアドレスを確認の上でRFCに準拠したメールアドレスに変更するよう呼びかけている。
