コクヨ、複業したい個人と企業をつなぐ伴走型エージェントサービス
コクヨは、複業を希望する個人と人材を求める企業を繋ぐ「伴走型複業エージェントサービス」を開始する。個人のキャリア開発と企業の人材確保を支援するもので、個人会員の登録と企業からの委託案件の募集を受け付ける。個人は無料で登録・利用が可能で、企業からの料金は委託内容と期間に応じて見積もりとなる。

近年、働き方改革や新しい生活様式への移行により、ビジネスパーソンは自社以外の環境での経験や新しいスキル習得への意欲を高め、複業に取り組む人が増加している。同時に企業は、新規事業や事業高度化に必要な人材確保が喫緊の課題となっている。コクヨはこれまで、社内複業制度「20％チャレンジ」や企業間協働プログラム「pandoor(パンドア)」を通じて、複業の効果やサポート方法の実証を重ねてきた。
今回の「伴走型複業エージェントサービス」では、コクヨが企業から案件を受託し、課題やニーズに適合するスキルを持つ個人に再委託する仕組み。企業は個人が持つ新たな視点やノウハウを取り入れ、イノベーション創出や事業成長に繋げる。
複業を希望する個人は、Webサイトの会員登録フォームから希望業務、ポジション、スキル、業務経験、稼働条件を登録する。コクヨは登録情報に基づき、個人のニーズに合う案件を紹介する。また、複業期間中にはコクヨが個人に対してアセスメントやメンタリングを提供し、成長度合いやスキルセットの可視化をサポートする。
