MUFGスタジアム、食の集積地「スタナカ」　場内飲食を全面刷新

ジャパンナショナルスタジアム・エンターテイメント(JNSE)は、MUFGスタジアム(国立競技場)の場内飲食サービスを4月から全面刷新する。新コンセプトは「東京を象徴する、多彩なグルメがスタジアムのナカに集まる」で、場内飲食エリアを「スタナカ」と名付けて展開する。 スタナカは、スタジアムを観戦の場ではなく、日本や世界各地の食文化が集まる“食の集積地”と捉え、「デパ地下」「エキナカ」に続く新たなグルメ体験を打ち出す。 リニューアルでは、既存の32店舗すべてを刷新。全国の名物や予約困難な名店、ミシュランガイド掲載実績を持つ店舗などをラインナップする。インバウンド向けメニューやスタジアム限定メニューも用意する。 また、公式サイトではモバイルオーダーと3D場内マップ機能を追加し、よりスムーズな移動・購入を実現する。場外のキッチンカーも刷新され、イベントに応じて多彩なグルメを提供する。 出店店舗は「China stadium 4000」「Mikkeller Tokyo」「焼肉ヒロミヤ」のほか、「築地銀だこ」「新世界グリル梵」「ニルヴァーナTokyo」など。 一部店舗は3月から先行オープンし、「三宝苑プレミアムミート」「POP SPORTS DINER」「王中華房」「松坂牛うどん本舗」などが営業開始する。
