ヤフーとLINE、「3.11」検索で一人10円寄付
LINEヤフーは、3月11日に「ヤフー」や「LINE」で“3.11”と検索したユーザーひとりにつき10円を、被災地支援に取り組む団体へLINEヤフーが寄付する取り組み「3.11 検索は、チカラになる。」を実施する。
3月11日0時00分～23時59分の間に、「Yahoo!検索」もしくは「LINE」のニュースタブ上部の検索窓で“3.11”と検索したユーザーひとりにつき10円を、東日本大震災および能登半島地震・豪雨の被災地支援に取り組む団体へLINEヤフーが寄付する。
また、東日本大震災以降に生まれた子どもたちにも、震災のことを知り防災につなげてもらうことや、自分の行動が被災地支援につながる体験をしてもらうことを目的に、子ども向けのポータルサイト「Yahoo!きっず」においても“3.11”と検索すると、ひとりにつき10円をLINEヤフーから寄付する。
寄付先は、東北支援が3.11メモリアルネットワーク、みやっこベース。能登支援がセーブ・ザ・チルドレン・ジャパン、能登復興ネットワーク、ほくりくみらい基金。
同社は3月11日に向け、東日本大震災および能登半島地震・豪雨の被災地支援や、震災の風化防止、未来の防災行動につなげる企画「3.11 これからも、できること。」を実施しており、スマホで避難行動を学べるコンテンツや募金の特設ページ等を展開している。今回の検索による寄付は、同企画の中の取り組みの一つとなる。
