ほっかほっか亭、新ブランド「ワンハンドBENTO」　万博で22万食販売

ほっかほっか亭総本部は、あべのハルカス近鉄本店に、新ブランド「ワンハンドBENTO by ほっかほっか亭」を4月29日から常設出店する。大阪・関西万博で販売しており、シリーズ累計22万食超を記録した。海苔弁、チキン南蛮、和牛、根菜きんぴら、海老フライの5種をラインアップし、価格は540円から1,188円。 片手＝ワンハンドで主食・おかずを味わえる、十六穀米を使用した「新しい未来のカタチのお弁当」とする商品。大阪・関西万博では、ほっかほっか亭総本部を含むハークスレイグループとして出展した大阪ヘルスケアパビリオンにて、場所や時間を選ばずにスマートな食体験を実現するメニューとして販売した。 現代の食生活においては、時短や簡便化と、「食事の質は落としたくない」「自分を整える食を選びたい」という健康意識の2つのニーズが共存している。そこで、ほっかほっか亭は、忙しい現代人のライフスタイルに寄り添う「ワンハンドBENTO」を新たに事業化した。ブランドメッセージは「おいしい!を手のひらに」。 あべのハルカス近鉄本店 ウイング館地下2階 惣菜売場のグランドリニューアルに合わせてオープン。大阪・関西万博で販売した商品をアップデートしたメニュー、および新商品を用意する。 ロゴマークには、ほっかほっか亭が元祖という「のり弁当」の「ごはん・海苔・野菜・おかず」を盛りつけた姿を、立体的なフォルムで盛り付け。古くから“縁起の良いかたち”として家紋やハレの日の衣装に使われてきた菱形をモチーフに使用している。
