Googleは、Google Workspace StudioにNotebookLMを統合し、自働化フロー内でNotebookLMを呼び出せる「Ask NotebookLM」ステップを追加した。NotebookLMで作成した「notebooks(ノートブック)」をAIナレッジソースとして活用できる。 Google Workspace Studioは、Google Workspace上でAIエージェントを設計・管理・共有できるツール。テンプレートを選ぶか、プロンプトバーに自然言語で自動化したい作業を入力するだけでAIエージェントを作成できる。 Ask NotebookLMステップでは、ノートブック内のインサイトや要約、調査内容に基づいた応答を生成できる。管理者向けには、Gemini for Google Workspaceを許可している場合、デフォルトで利用可能となる。エンドユーザーはGoogle Workspace Studioから同ステップを利用できる。対象プランは、Business Starter/Standard/Plus、Enterprise Standard/Plus、Education Fundamentals/Standard/Plus、Google AI Pro for Education、Teaching and Learning、AI Expanded Access。
