福岡県議会は、藏内勇夫議長に対する議長職の辞職勧告決議案について、17日の臨時議会で採決を行う予定でしたが、自民党県議団の議員から採決の中止を求める動議が出され、賛成多数で可決されたため、採決は行われませんでした。

福岡県議会の議会運営委員会は、県議会をめぐる一連の問題に対する対応は、議長の職責にふさわしくないなどとして提出された藏内勇夫議長に対する議長職の辞職勧告決議案について、17日の臨時議会で採決を行うことを決めました。

しかし、午後に開かれた本会議で最大会派の自民党県議団に所属する林泰輔議員が、「重大な決断を下すには提案内容、時間ともに不十分だ。第三者委員会による調査結果で、辞職相当の理由が明らかになれば、その時にこそ藏内議長に辞職を求めることが望ましい」と述べ、採決の中止を求める動議を出しました。

この後、動議の採決が行われ、賛成多数で可決されたことから、決議案の採決は行われませんでした。
