札幌駅前に大型複合施設「HULIC SQUARE SAPPORO」完成
ヒューリックは9月1日、北海道札幌市に大型複合施設「HULIC SQUARE SAPPORO(ヒューリックスクエア札幌)」を竣工した。地上20階・地下1階建てで、商業施設、オフィス、ホテルを備える。JR札幌駅前という交通利便性の高い立地にあり、地下鉄さっぽろ駅や札幌駅前通地下歩行空間「チ・カ・ホ」とも直結する。

本施設は、同社が札幌市に保有していた2棟の既存ビル「ヒューリック札幌 NORTH33 ビル」と「ヒューリック札幌ビル」の建て替えを段階的に進め、一体化したもの。Ⅰ期工事は2022年8月に完了し先行オープンしていたが、全体の竣工を迎えた。
商業施設は地下1階から地上3階までで、物販・飲食・サービス店舗を設置する。スポーツブランドのデサントが9月9日に開業し、2026年3月28日には一部店舗を除きグランドオープンを迎える。
中層階の3階の一部から9階にはオフィスフロアを設け、柔軟な区画の貸し出しが可能。2022年からはみずほフィナンシャルグループがキーテナントとして入居しており、共用部にはオフィスラウンジも整備される。
上層階には同社グループ直営の「ザ・ゲートホテル札幌 by HULIC」が2025年12月20日に開業予定。11階から20階までに全172室を配置し、札幌の街並みや自然を楽しめる空間を提供する。最上階には宿泊者専用の「Guest Lounge」、11階には大浴場、10階にはロビーとオールデイダイニング「Anchor Grill Sapporo」も備える。
所在地は北海道札幌市中央区北三条西3丁目1番44号。敷地面積は2,545.92m2。延床面積は33,660.09m2。
