ポートレーションがジュールズ・ゲイトンの「It’s in The Mix」を開催！
ステューシーのインターナショナル トライブのオリジナルメンバーであり、現在はファレル・ウィリアムスのオークションハウス、ジュピターのヘッド・キュレーターとしても活動するジュールズ・ゲイトンの至極のヴィンテージが集結。
ジュールズ・ゲイトンは、ロンドンにおける初期スケートボードシーンの重要人物の一人として知られ、その後、1980年代末から90年代にかけてのニューヨーク・ダウンタウンのクラブカルチャーの中で、ビジュアルアーティストやDJとして活動してきた。さらにハワイでは、自身のブランド兼ショップのレイロー（Leilow）を立ち上げるなど、都市ごとのカルチャーを横断しながら独自の美意識を培ってきた人物だ。 その後、ハーシェル サプライ（Herschel Supply）でデザイン感覚を発展させ、現在はファレル・ウィリアムスが手がけるオークションハウス、ジュピター（Jupiter）のヘッド・キュレーターとしても活動している。 本イベント「It’s in The Mix」では、ロンドン、ニューヨーク、ハワイ、そして東京と、ジュールズ・ゲイトンが長年にわたり世界各地で出会い、蒐集してきた100点以上のヴィンテージアイテムを販売。1980年代から2000年代初頭のカルチャーを背景に、本人の審美眼と体験を通して集められた品々が並ぶ。 単なるヴィンテージコレクションにとどまらず、ジュールズ自身のワードローブを形作ってきた“アーカイブ”とも言えるラインナップは、見逃せない内容となっている。なお、会期中にはジュールズ本人の来店も予定されている。 Jules Gayton Archives at PORTRATION: “It’s in The Mix” 会期：2026年4月18日（土）– 4月19日（日） 時間：12:00–20:00 レセプション：2026年4月17日（金）19:00–21:00 会場：PORTRATION 〒150-0001 東京都渋谷区神宮前2丁目19−2 1F
