JR西日本、JAL・ANAと連携協定　30年に航空と鉄道をシームレスに予約

JR西日本は、JAL及びANAとの連携強化に関する協定を4月30日に締結した。広域な移動サービスを担う航空会社との共創によって、国内外からの西日本への誘客や、地域課題解決を推進。2030年には鉄道と航空をシームレスに予約できるシステムを実現する。 取組みは「移動体験の共創エコシステム」と位置づけられ、JALまたはANAの各社と各々の強みを生かした取り組みを推進。以下の3つの価値の提供を目指す。なお、JALとANAはそれぞれ提供すべき価値は同じ認識だったものの、アプローチが各社で異なることから、具体的な施策については個別に検討する。 ・鉄道と航空のシームレスな予約による、「顧客体験価値の向上」 ・広域観光ルートの構築による、インバウンドを中心とした「交流人口の拡大」 ・二地域居住の推進による、「関係人口の拡大」 顧客体験価値の向上としては、JAL、ANA両社ともに、2030年代を目途に鉄道と航空のシームレスな予約を実現することを目指す。具体的にはそれぞれの予約システムから鉄道と航空の両方を予約・決済できるようにする。 インバウンドを中心とした交流人口の拡大については、国際線の発着空港と連携し、国内線や鉄道を活用した広域観光ルートを構築。西日本エリアでの交流人口拡大を目指す。 二地域居住の推進では、JALとANAがそれぞれ推進する二地域居住プログラムをベースに利便性を向上させる取り組みを行なう。
