ドコモ・バイクシェアは、システム不具合により、サービスが利用できない場合があるとして、8月4日14時30分ごろから全てのサービス提供を一時停止した。 同社は、8月1日にサービス仕様を変更。dアカウント、Appleアカウント、Googleアカウントによるログインへ移行を実施したほか、利用料金精算タイミングの変更などを実施した。 しかし、1日の移行完了が遅れたほか、その後も断続的にシステム不具合が続き、「一部の自転車の貸出・返却ができない場合がある」、「アプリに『システムエラーが発生しました』旨表示される場合がある」といった問題が全国で発生した。 そのため、サービスを一時停止し、対策を進める。原因については調査中としており、再開については同社Webサイトで順次告知していく。 なお、自転車を利用中で返却操作ができない場合は、ポートに自転車を駐輪のうえ、施錠するよう呼びかけ。ポート内で施錠された自転車は、同社が返却処理を行ない、その後利用料金の補正を行なうとしている。 ドコモ・バイクシェアは9月にサービスブランドを「NOLL」に刷新する予定。加えて、新型車両と新料金の導入も予定している。
