高市首相 総額100億ドル程度支援表明へ エネルギー供給の強化

アジアのエネルギー供給の強化に向けて、高市総理大臣は15日、各国などとのオンラインでの首脳会合で総額100億ドル程度の金融支援などを表明する方針です。医療用のプラスチック製品などのアジアの製造基盤を維持することで日本の安定的な物資の確保にもつなげたい考えです。

アメリカとイランでホルムズ海峡の通航をめぐる対立が続く中、政府は15日、アジアのエネルギー供給の強化に向けて、日本とASEAN＝東南アジア諸国連合の加盟国などによる枠組み、「AZEC＋」でオンラインでの首脳会合を開催する予定です。

この中で高市総理大臣はJBIC＝国際協力銀行などを通じて総額100億ドル程度の金融支援などを行うことを表明する方針です。

各国がアメリカなどからの原油調達を円滑に進められるよう後押しし、人工透析に使うプラスチック製品や医療用手袋などのアジアの製造基盤を維持することで日本の安定的な物資の確保にもつなげたい考えです。

また、アジア全体での石油の備蓄拡大を図るため、日本が取り入れている備蓄や放出のシステムの導入を支援する方針も明らかにする見通しです。
