井林国土交通大臣は、閣議のあとの会見で、26日、自身の政治資金パーティーを開いたことが大臣規範に抵触する可能性があるのではないかと問われたのに対し、「就任前から準備を進めていたもので、大臣規範には抵触しないと考えている」と述べました。

27日の閣議のあとの会見で、井林大臣は、記者から、これが政治資金規正法上の政治資金パーティーに該当する場合、在任中の閣僚などの政治資金パーティーの全面的な自粛を求める大臣規範に抵触する可能性があるのではないかと問われました。

これに対し、井林大臣は、26日の会合が政治資金パーティーに該当すると認めた上で、「大臣就任前から準備を進めていたものであり、大臣規範に抵触しないものだと考えている」と述べました。

大臣規範では、閣僚の政治資金パーティーについて就任前に開催が決まっていたものは例外として認めています。
