参議院選挙 きょう公示 物価高対策など争点

第27回参議院選挙が3日、公示されます。物価高対策などを争点に今月20日の投票日に向けて、17日間の選挙戦が始まります。

今回の選挙は248議席のうち、改選の124議席と東京選挙区の欠員の補充をあわせた125議席をめぐって争われます。

NHKのまとめによりますと、2日時点で全国45の選挙区には、75の定員に対し、あわせて347人が立候補を予定しています。

一方、定員50の比例代表には、あわせて172人が立候補を予定しています。

この結果、選挙区と比例代表をあわせた立候補予定者は519人で、前回・3年前の立候補者数より26人少なくなっています。

女性は152人と、全体の3割近くで、前回に次いで過去2番目に高い割合となる見通しです。

衆議院で少数与党となる中、参議院で与党側が非改選の議席とあわせて過半数を維持できるか、野党側がそれを阻止できるかが焦点で、与党が過半数を維持するためには50議席の確保が必要となります。

選挙戦では喫緊の課題となっている物価高対策が最大の争点となる見通しで、各党とも給付の実施や、消費税率の引き下げや廃止、コメの価格高騰対策などを掲げています。

また、年金などの社会保障や少子化対策、アメリカの関税措置への対応を含む外交・安全保障政策、国会で結論が得られなかった企業・団体献金の扱いなどをめぐっても、論戦が交わされます。

各党は、今月20日の投票日に向けて、17日間の選挙戦に入ります。 与党側50議席確保で過半数維持 野党側は阻止できるか 今回の参議院選挙は、248議席のうち、改選の124議席と東京選挙区の欠員補充をあわせた125議席をめぐって争われます。このため、今回争われる議席の過半数は63議席となります。また、自民・公明両党の非改選の議席が75議席あるため、与党側は50議席を確保すれば、全体の過半数を維持することになります。

今回の選挙では、衆議院で少数与党となっている中、与党側が非改選の議席とあわせて過半数を維持できるか、野党側がそれを阻止できるかが最大の焦点です。

自民党では、参議院議長や厚生労働大臣を務めた尾辻秀久氏、元一億総活躍担当大臣を務めた衛藤晟一氏らが引退します。

公明党では、2009年から去年まで、15年にわたって党の代表を務めた山口那津男氏らが引退します。

野党では、
日本維新の会で2期務めた藤巻健史氏が引退します。

共産党では4期務めた紙智子氏が引退します。

れいわ新選組では、比例代表の「特定枠」で6年前に初当選した舩後靖彦氏が引退します。

談話では「選挙は、国民が主権者として政治に参加する最も重要かつ基本的な機会です。有権者の皆様方には、積極的に投票に参加するとともにみずから考え、判断することによって、代表者としてふさわしいと考える方を選出されるよう期待します。SNSなどインターネット上の情報にはさまざまなものがありますが、その正確性を的確に判断することが重要だと考えます。SNSなどの発信、拡散にあたっては、情報の真偽をよく確かめてから発信することが必要です」としています。
