なか卯、深夜料金導入 22時～5時は7%加算
なか卯は、4月22日から深夜料金を導入する。22時～翌朝5時の間に注文した商品の合計金額に一律7%を加算する。
目的は、深夜の人件費等の上昇に対応し、商品・サービスの品質維持を図るため。なお、毎日午前3時～4時は営業を休止している。
松屋の一部店舗やすき家といった他の牛丼チェーンも、深夜料金を導入している。
