毎日放送のバラエティー番組「ゼニガメ」で放送倫理違反 BPO
大阪の「毎日放送」が去年7月に放送したバラエティー番組の中で事実と異なる内容が含まれていたことについて、BPO＝「放送倫理・番組向上機構」は基本的な事実確認が不十分だったとして放送倫理違反があったとする意見書を公表しました。
毎日放送は、去年7月に放送したバラエティー番組「ゼニガメ」の中で、家屋の清掃や遺品整理を行う買い取り業者を密着取材し、金庫から金の延べ棒が見つかって現金で買い取る様子を紹介しましたが、放送後の調査で、金庫や金の延べ棒は業者の社長の指示で事前に準備され、依頼者も家屋とは関係のない人物だったなどとして、番組で謝罪していました。
この問題を審議してきたBPOの放送倫理検証委員会は24日、意見書を公表しました。
それによりますと▽発見された金庫や金の延べ棒が本物かどうかや、業者の社長と依頼者との実際の契約など、基本的な情報の確認が行われておらず
また、▽依頼者への事実関係の確認も不十分だったため偽物と見抜けなかったとして、放送倫理違反があったと結論づけました。
毎日放送は「ご指摘を真摯に受け止め、今後の番組制作において事実確認の徹底など、引き続き再発防止策を実行してまいります」とコメントしています。
