東京都 子どもが体調不良の際利用できる病児保育の拡充へ
誰もが子育てしやすい環境を整備しようと東京都は新年度、子どもが体調不良になった際に利用できる病児保育の拡充に力を入れることにしています。
都は共働きで子育てをする家庭など、誰もが子育てしやすい環境を整備しようと、新年度予算案に、子どもが急に体調不良になった際に利用できる病児保育の拡充に合わせて20億円を計上しています。
具体的には、病児保育を行う事業者の運営費用や、保育園などでの一時預かりを可能にするための看護師の配置費用を国の制度に上乗せして補助することにしています。
また、急な病気で保育園などに預けられない場合の未就学の子どものベビーシッター利用料を助成するほか、夜間など緊急の依頼でも受け入れが可能な体制を確保できるよう、事業者に対して費用の補助を始めるということです。
都は、「病児保育の取り組みを充実させていくことで、働く保護者が安心して子育てできる環境整備をいっそうはかっていきたい」としています。
