東京都は、8月1日より都内の公衆浴場について、入浴料金統制額の上限を改定する。12歳以上の大人料金は、現行の550円から600円へ50円引き上げる。
6歳以上12歳未満の中人料金は200円、6歳未満の小人料金は100円で、いずれも据え置く。対象となるのは、物価統制令が適用される「銭湯」。入浴料金統制額は、公衆浴場が設定できる料金の上限にあたる。
料金は、効率的な経営に必要な原価と適正な事業報酬を基に算定する「総括原価方式」で決定する。都内の標準的な公衆浴場約40軒を対象に、直近1年間の決算書や会計帳簿を調査し、2026年の収支を推定した。その結果、人件費や電気・ガス料金などの上昇により、事業報酬を含めて194万9,778円の不足が生じると見込んだ。
入浴料金収入の所要値上率は9.51%で、中人と小人を据え置いた場合の大人料金は602.86円と算定されたことから、統制額を600円に改定した。
