アメリカの実業家、イーロン・マスク氏は20日、自身がCEOを務める、宇宙開発やAI事業を展開する「スペースX」とEV＝電気自動車メーカーの「テスラ」との経営統合を議論するため、両社が特別委員会を設置したことを明らかにしました。
