埼玉 八潮 ふるさと納税活用 道路陥没事故で寄付受け付け
大規模な道路陥没で、今も影響が続いている埼玉県八潮市では、ふるさと納税を活用した寄付の受け付けを始めました。
1月28日に発生した大規模な道路陥没では、男性1人が安否不明となっていて八潮市には災害救助法が適用されています。
現場周辺では住民が避難したり交通規制が行われたりして影響が続いていて、八潮市によりますと、これまでに市内外の人から「寄付をしたい」という声が相次いで寄せられたということです。
このため、市は、13日からふるさと納税を活用して道路陥没に関連する寄付の受け付けを始めました。
この寄付への返礼品はありません。
八潮市によりますと、寄付金の具体的な使いみちは決まっていませんが、復旧事業や再発防止を含めた安全対策に使いたいとしています。
寄付は14日午前10時の時点で13万円余りが寄せられ、来月末まで受け付けます。
八潮市企画経営課は「支援したいという声は本当にありがたく、励みになっています。大切に活用していきたい」と話しています。
